Welcome to Floosko. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app or creating an account.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Tolkt, the owner and developer of the Floosko application.

1. Description of Service

Floosko is a default SMS/MMS messaging application for Android. It enables you to send, receive, and manage your text and multimedia messages, with advanced features including:

  • Smart automatic inbox categorization.
  • A proprietary Persistent SIM Memory feature that accurately links every message to its original SIM profile — both physical SIM and eSIM.
  • Spam blocking by number, keyword, and short code.
  • Custom lists for organizing conversations with drag-to-reorder filter support.

The app also includes an optional feature to organize message summaries from Egyptian e-wallet services. This feature requires account creation and operates entirely on your device locally.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Floosko application or by creating an account, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • Are at least 18 years of age, or using the app under parental supervision.
  • Will comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the application and delete it from your device.

3. Account and Registration

Core messaging features do not require an account.

You can use Floosko as a fully-featured messaging app (send, receive, manage, SIM tracking) without registration or an internet connection.

Account creation is only required to activate the optional message summary feature. When creating an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Your phone number is verified via a WhatsApp message. Basic registration data (name, phone number, email if provided) is stored securely on our servers.

4. Acceptable Use

As a user of Floosko, you agree not to:

  • Use the app to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Use the app for any purpose that violates local or international laws.
  • Attempt to decrypt the local database or gain unauthorized access to encrypted data.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or copy the algorithms or source code of the application.
  • Use the app in a manner that harms, disrupts, or overburdens the service infrastructure.
  • Impersonate another person or provide misleading information during registration.

Tolkt reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of any of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Floosko application, including but not limited to its logo, design, user interfaces, algorithms, source code, databases, the proprietary Persistent SIM Memory technology, the Triangle of Truth algorithm, and all related original content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tolkt and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No right or license is granted to the user to use the trademarks, logos, or proprietary technologies of Tolkt except to the extent of using the application in accordance with these Terms.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting your privacy is our top priority. Your message content never leaves your device. For full details on how data is collected, processed, and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Important Notice:

Floosko reads, classifies, and organizes your text messages — it does not execute any financial transactions of any kind. It does not send, receive, transfer, withdraw, or deposit money.

  • The summaries and reports displayed in the app are for organizational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for official account statements issued by mobile service providers or financial institutions.
  • The app is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  • Tolkt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or reliance on the summaries and reports displayed therein.
  • You bear full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of any figures or summaries displayed by the app through your official sources.

8. Modification of Terms

Tolkt reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes through:

  • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • An in-app notification in the case of material changes that affect your rights.

Your continued use of the app after the publication of modifications constitutes implied acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the app and delete it from your device at any time without restrictions.
  • You may request deletion of your account and all associated registration data through the "Delete Account" button within the app or by visiting: floosko.com/delete-account-request
  • Upon deleting the app, your messages remain safe in the new default messaging app you choose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent judicial authorities.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
